Most likely you’ve heard the phrase social distancing being used a lot in the past few days.
Basically, due to the global coronavirus pandemic the World Health Organization and other health experts are recommending people remain at home when possible and try to limit interactions with other people. This is being done to contain the coronavirus. Aggressive testing, contact tracing, and social distancing measures have helped to prevent new infections and save lives in places such as South Korea and Singapore.
So, what does this mean to you as a basketball player?
Well, if you find yourself unable to go to practice or workouts, you can still run some drills from home. Remember, consistency is key to training in any sport, so do your best to keep to your training routine - it'll make things easier when life goes back to normal.
