NEW STEPS. NEW YEAR.




With a new year approaching it's time to pause and take a look at what you've accomplished.

Did you reach all the goals you intended on reaching?

If not... don't sweat it.

Because in 2019, we're taking a new approach to goals. Instead of making them a win or loss situation, make them into things you intend on improving. For example, instead of setting out to have the best season -- say you intend on taking your time to learn better defensive skills. Tell yourself you will do your best to listen better during practice, and implement what you're taught during game-time. Give yourself room to grow -- and remember, that you may drop the ball the bit. You will have days when you're just off your game. And that's OK as long as you get back up, and get into the game again.

Make it a great year - one step at a time.
